sea deck is a stunning, modern beach house featuring a large deck with views of native trees to one side, and the crystal clear waters of jervis bay to the east Sleeping up to 8 people across 3 bedrooms, this is the perfect holiday home for families seeking a stylish and comfortable place to stay in Hyams Beach. Inside you will enjoy a generous open plan living area with designer kitchen, large dining table, oversized lounge and smart tv. This area opens onto the spacious deck with outdoor dining setting, BBQ and ocean views. The beach is only a 5 minute walk away and the cafe just 3 minutes.
please note that sea deck is suitable for a maximum of 4 adults only, or 4 adults and up to 4 children It is not suitable for a group of adults.

there is dedicated off street parking for 2 vehicles at sea deck The parking area is marked with a white rope fence. We request that guests do not park on the concrete driveway to the side of the house as it is steep and difficult to reverse out from. The parking area has been positioned to eliminate the need to use the steep drive way. It is recommended also that you enter the property from the downhill side of Boderee Avenue, and exit downhill as well.
